Mcdonald's

Honestly terribly frustrating. They forget an item every time. Last time an entire meal was missed. Before that, no dips despite several requests. Another time they've just given 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6. Today we had no sweet and sour dips. Honestly, check your orders!!! Won't come back again.

Everyone has been to McDonalds and knows what the food is like. This place is clean and well presented. However was let down by service which could be improved by organisation. Firstly outside big posters advertising Chicken big Mac having arrived when you go in they don't have them. Maybe remove the poster or put a note up informing customers? Also when ordering a happy meal selected the book option and received the toy. When we questioned we were told they only had toys. I suggested they updated the computer system so this wasn't an option. This would have been easier to explain to our son then let him think he was getting a book then give him a cardboard toy he didn't want.

As usual always missing something when you get the bag so always check. Totally understaffed and poor poor service. Machines also don't accept the vouchers and when you mention to a member of staff you just get don't know. Most probably the worst McDonald's in the area such a shame but it is clean so well done to the cleaning staff. Up your game people

Apparently it's difficult to comprehend that not everyone can eat the buns so despite saying no bun it invariably comes out with a bun. Tonight they managed to understand the no bun concept but it took 20 mins and me having to go in and ask for my order despite asking for it to be brought out to a bay. It was then slopped in to the box upside down so the toppings were all stuck to the box. It wasn't that busy and there was plenty of staff but they were just wandering around. Another woman was waiting over 10 mins to just pay, who knows how long she was waiting to actually get her order. This branch is a joke and the staff need retraining on the fact it's a fast food restaurant
