It's a takeaway, but I love it, and the owner is a good guy.
I can honestly say I've never been disappointed with a meal from here, always fresh and tasty. We're now veggie so haven't had meat dishes for a while but they'll adjust their menu if you ask. OK so the manager comes across as a bit grumpy sometimes -- I once heard him trying to convince someone to come and collect because they only lived round the corner -- but I think it's just his sense of humour. The food's great anyway..
I would say that this Indian take away is distinctively average as a take away, however the meal deals are such very good value which has pushed my rating from 3 to 4 out of 5. The Happy night meal deal is only £6.95 which is a real good amount of enjoyable food, even though it is perhaps a little reflected in the quality, but not bad by any stretch, so I might be a little disappointed paying the normal menu prices. The guys in there are real nice blokes and overall I would definitely recommend this take away.
Ordered for the first time yesterday based on the recommendation from a friend, we were not disappointed! The food arrived on time, hot, and most importantly super tasty. Will be ordering from them again and would highly recommend
Simply the best Indian takeaway , have used Mr Ali's fine takeaway establishment for many years and never been disappointed with the quality of the food. In particular the Chef's special dishes are Delicious .Great tasty Indian food with a friendly service ,always my go to takeaway choice.
I’ve eaten here since moving to Billericay 25 years ago the standard of the food and service has remained the best around having also tried every other restaurant and takeaway in the area

The freshest, tastiest Indian takeaway in Essex. They have a five star hygiene rating and the staff are great. If you love garlic. Try the garlic lamb, it's incredible!
