Had a full English breakie, absolutely delicious. not greasy and they are quite willing to swap one item for another if you don't like them. Waitress's were very polite and helpful, credit to the owner. And a very special mention about the toilets, spotless. This says alot about the place. Thank you.

Couldn't fault it. My cousin had her baby shower here, and the food was delicious. A lovely variety of sweet and savoury. A large selection of teas on the menu. Lovely and clean atmosphere. Their staff were very friendly.

Lovely cafe with lovely owner: I moved to Billericay about a year ago and now I regret I didn’t visit this cafe earlier. There are varieties of teas to choose from for a very reasonable price and cakes are also very nice. The owner and staff are all friendly and welcoming. We visited with our 8 day old son and I’m so glad that this cafe is the first place that he has ever visited - it is now a very special place for him (and for us)!

Afternoon tea, was fantastic. Service was brilliant and the tea was excellent; they were very accommodating and everything was freshly made. Not usually a fan of sausage rolls but these were fabulous.

I absolutely love the Willow Tree tearooms. So much I go there every day for my lunch. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is always fresh and very tasty. I wholly recommend a visit there.

Can't praise this place enough. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I said it was my wife's birthday and they presented her with a free Biscoff cupcake which I thought was a really nice thing to do. I had a panini with 2 cheeses and salami. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It cost a lot less than I thought it was going to which pleased the tightarse within me! ;)
Being on a high street there isn't parking directly outside but there is parking a short distance away which solves that issue.
Will definitely go back.

Myself and 5 others went in for lunch a couple of weeks ago, didn’t have the easiest of orders with one being gluten free and many additions to our order.
Staff got the order perfect and could not fault the service, have been back twice since and will continue to do so!
Well presented and cannot fault the quality of the food and bought some cakes to take away as we were too full at the time to eat in there! Fantastic selection and superb quality.
5/5 stars well deserved!

Love this place, I wish we had one in Rayleigh. Always have a good experience, friendly staff and delicious food. My daughter treated me to lunch recently and I had one of the salads. Beautiful fresh ingredients, perfectly presented. Can't wait to go again
