Attended a baby shower at Blend today, I was pleasantly surprised by the feast of an afternoon tea we were served, the home made sausage rolls and scones were so delicious, there was so much food and at an amazing price, the staff were so accomodating, the venue lovely and I highly recommend Blend for hosting a get together or just to pop in for a treat x
I didn’t dine here sadly as I had 3 kids in tow and had an appointment to get to. However the lovely owners allowed my Godson to use the facilities. I didn’t feel frowned upon and I was very grateful that they were accommodating. I was so glad I went in! What a gorgeous cafe! I immediately knew I would be returning. Not only were the surroundings lovely and stylish, the staff were charming. I also returned 15 mins later when I realised I’d left my keys. They were smiling and very understanding. Simple kindness goes a long way. I rarely leave FB reviews but today I felt compelled. Thanks to all the staff, I will definitely be returning.

We cycle from Whitstable along the coast and live finding a little place for breakfast.
We cycled through sleepy Birchington and cane across blend coffee lounge.
Nice seating area outside so we could sit with our bikes.
2 x lattes.
1 x serving of crumpets for me.
Multi seat toast for Sarah.
All bought to our table outside, the very welcoming waitress also gave us a iced water to go with breakfast.
We felt welcome and comfortable.
We will definitely visit again.

Cute little coffee shop in the centre of town. Staff lovely and friendly, food and drinks were good with generous portions.
Day 1 of jet lag and I was in search of coffee until we picked up our own stash to brew at home. Sadly, the earliest that the coffee shops open is at 8 A.M. Ordered a latte and got it pretty quickly. Staff was friendly too. Still haven’t found a coffee shop that offers half and half here (half whole milk and half cream).
Great cafe people who run it are really lovely and the hot chocolate and cakes are to die for highly recommend
Amazing coffee, lunches and home-made cakes. Such lovely staff and a stunningly beautiful venue, with a sun-filled garden for those who wish to sit outside. A really welcoming feel in this coffee lounge.
Great cafe, I had a cappuccino, jacket potato with chilli and cheese with salad. All Delicious and service was great. Definitely worth stopping!
They have a collection of tasty snacks, and I had a tasty sausage roll!
Staff are both friendly and helpful. I have been there a few times and shall certainly be returning.
Warm and friendly welcome, great staff and wonderful to hear the staff calling customers by their name, lots of regular customers is always a good sign. Best Mocha and fruit scone by far! Totally recommend this coffee shop.
