We were camping nearby so ate at the Red Lion for two nights. The food was fantastic especially on Saturday when we had an amazing chef's Sardinian style special. The staff are really friendly and they have a good choice of beers. It's also a good pub for drinks only as the restaurant area is sep

Dropped in for a Sunday lunch which happened to be a two meat carvery. We also opted for the burrata starter. All of the food was outstanding and great value for money. Homely atmosphere and dog friendly too.
Lovely little pub down the road from a great campsite, barnfarm. Went in early, so not many customers. What a fantastic choice of drinks. Had a pint that can only be described as amazing, definitely not a session beer at nearly 7%. Would use this places regularly if wasn't so far away. Thank you
Great Vegan (saitan) carvery on sundays
Pleasant pub with an interesting range of cask ales. Lovely log burner. Parking can be a bit of a problem.
