Chips curry can 6quid...large chips were tiny portion and sorry not very nice curry sauce ok. Not the best chippy been before same then more annoyed about the pricing.
The food was okay but we were charged for dinners even though we had not asked for or received dinners. The two people serving didn't speak very good English and we couldn't make them understand the problem. In the end we gave up, but we won't go there again.
Great chippy. The food is really good, although the chips can be re-heated on occasion. This applies with most places in my experience, so I don't mind it happening the odd time. There is a huge choice of meals, and the chef is highly proficient. The staff are friendly, polite and hard working. A five star local business!
Had the fish and chips which were good value for the amount of food you got. The fish was nicely battered and crispy and fish was a good size and flaked nicely. Good portion of chips in fact we saved some for a quick butty for the following day.
