On my commute to work I picked up an Americano from a DIFFERENT branch that was pretty awful, no coffee taste and extremely milky (I think something was wrong with the equipment).
I felt cheeky popping into the Village Hotel Starbucks to ask them for a remake, but Nicki & Ange were brilliant, they made me a replacement no problem at all and made my morning.
Lovely service and I will now be making this branch my regular. Thank you ladies!

On Friday 4th August 2023 I visited this Starbucks and there was one solitary lady working, holding the fort. This meant there was a bit of a wait to place and receive my order. The service was great though. This lady was in total control. She let me know she’d be with me in a moment and calmly got things done. She did everything calmly and properly and came across really professional. Despite having to work at speed, my drinks were delish and I was that impressed, that I decided to review the place.

I came here Tuesday evening there were 2 ladies working, can I just say what a credit to the company they are, the older woman (sorry) she was very chatty and lovely to speak to , very helpful, nothing was to much trouble I end up having a lovely chat she really brightened my day up. I wish everyone was as caring, kind, compassionate and a wonderful soul like this woman.
