Recently put a review on justeat about a bad experience. However, the customer service i received today was excellent. I wish i could change the review on justeat and add the update from today but sadly you are not able to do that. Received a knock on my door this evening from the owner who came to apologise about our experience last night. He informed us this was not his usual standard and he wanted to apologise and rectify the situation, this is something i have not experienced before and i am very pleasantly surprised. He gave us our same order again free of charge and i have to say it was miles better from the previous night. It was all hot, the onion rings were crispy, the doner meat kebab was much better and the veggie burger was much more flavourful. Much better from our last experience and happy to say it was clearly a one off for them. Thank you very much.
I am really pleased to report a great experience I have had from luigis. Saturday nights food order wasnt quite up to the standard I'd hoped for. Tonight (Sunday) the manager came over, he explained he was really sorry about our last experience and it was an isolated incodent (mistakes happen... Let's be fair) and he brought over our last order. We ate the same meal and it tasted great, it was what I'd hoped for and it proved that a mistake had happened. I was very impressed with the gesture and the willingness to apologies and rectify a problem. This deserves a 5*. I would happily go back again. Thank you very much for the kind gesture, well done :)
Ordered from here many times, I love the chicken wrap, the chicken is cooked in delicious spices, the salad is great, great portion size, & the chips are seasoned! 🙂
I ordered a chicken kebab it was fine and tasted nice. Its open late which is a bonus.
