Amit served us at the bar and was the perfect bartender! Very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The cocktails were excellent and unusual, lovely to sit and look at the canal too.

We booked it for our anniversary, and they upgraded our seat to a more private one, offered very photographic moments and overall were super friendly. Our server, Alyssa, was super accommodating and very much helped make the night special for us

Tom looked after us superbly! And he produced some delicious cocktails (lychee martini, Marshmallow Daiquiri and an old fashioned) and cannot recommend the Panang curry enough! Amazing!

HUGE thank you to Alyssa & Eric who made my night out alone feel amazing… I was given honest answer about items on the menu, my waitress was attentive and I git to meet the man who invented the cocktails and personally made his own for me (Enchanted Rose is the ONE!!!!). I only gave 4 stars for food as the Gyoza Dumplings could’ve been better and there wasn’t enough of the Enchanted Rose Cocktail 😭🤣…. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will defo be back!!!

Gosh this was such an incredible experience! Everything was a 10 for my friends and I. I think what I loved most was how friendly the staff was. Alyssa and the other lady working the floors at the mailbox branch did so well in making us feel comfortable. It gave luxury for the prices the meal was. My experience was on the 17th March at noon. We booked this last minute and honestly had an amazing time. The food was incredible, atmosphere ( music and even a saxaphone!) was so good! Our server was Renato and he was absolutely incredible. So attentive and lovely ☺️

Rayna, our server, was so attentive and lovely. She made sure our drinks were topped up and kept checking that everything was okay. Cocktails are fun and so pretty. Food was absolutely amazing. Stunning photo opportunities and a lovely atmosphere :)
