I recently visited Basmati restaurant and was impressed by the lovely atmosphere and thoughtful table arrangement. The ambiance added a charming touch to the dining experience.
While the atmosphere and presentation were commendable, I found the food to be just okay. It didn't quite meet the expectations I had. Additionally, the quality of the wines was a bit disappointing.
The restaurant has great potential, and with some improvements in the food quality and wine selection, it could offer an even better dining experience. The attentive staff and cozy environment are definite pluses.
Overall, I had a decent time at this restaurant, but there's room for enhancement in certain aspects.
First visit with a group of 15. Superb hosts and the food was superb.
I had Onion Bhaji as a starter. 4 huge bhaji's. Then a Basmati Tawa Delicacy with a garlic nan. Superb
All the group said it was a fantastic meal.
We will all be back.

Absolutely amazing service from the minute we walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. The waiters had a sense of humour and were friendly. Absolutely everything you could want.
The food was delightful and extremely plentiful. Spicy enough without being overpowering. It was busy for a Tuesday night which shows how popular this place is. I’d booked a table for 8 and even though it was busy we felt very well cared for and attention to detail was second to none. My new regular and I honestly can’t wait to go back. Amazing. Thank you.
Always a great meal here, and my go to place when staying at a hotel walking distance along the road. Service, food, always excellent!
The best Restaurant I have eaten out in - Service is superb, Food is heavenly, portions are large, atmosphere is excellent - This place is truly a hidden Gem - I urge anyone in the area to stop by and try it out - you'll be amazed
Visited this place for the first time, has great parking facilities and from the outside looks like a really nice restaurant, however inside is a bit dated, the decor really did remind me of the 80's. It definitely needs refurbishment.
The curry's and Biryani's was really nice really flavourful however the starters and mix grill had no flavour which was disappointing. Overall I would visit again but just avoid the starters.
A small party of 5. We all enjoy it. Tandoori mixed grill was delicious. Spicy rice👍chicken rezala. Chill chicken. Massala chips 😋and above all excellent service great staff
