My first time at Adore desserts today, walked in and was greeted by a pleasant young man which was lovely and inviting...we asked for some recommendations and got talking to this pleasant lad called Hamaad, so we trusted him and ordered the lemon cheesecake and a choc brownie...have to give this place 100% for there presentation I was excited to see my board I only ordered a casual cheesecake...it tasted great and was put well with vanilla ice cream and a lemon sorbet...all I'd like to say is great job and more than the food the customer service was on point..surely vising this place again there was a lovely ambiance about this place...see you soon. Welldone hamaad thumbs up for the hospitality...
What a fantastic place to visit, wonderful friendly staff, never been before and was highly recommended , didn't have to wait too long either, but when the pudding came out WOW my partner had the white chocolate and raspberry waffle and presentation was really good, I had the white chocolate and raspberry cookies dough, very filling but very yummy, can't wait to go again excellent
It has to be one of the best desserts I've ever had, the Arabic Tea is also amazing.
After having such an amazing time last time round, we decided to take the family, 17 of us in total.
We arrived just before 11pm and were seated straight away; The desserts were fantastic not a single error on our orders and the service along with the food was exceptional.
The place is clean and the customer service is polite and professional.
Adore is quickly becoming one of my favourite dessert place of all time, it reminds me very much of how Heavenly Desserts use to be, if not better.
It is nice place for dessert the only problem is the staff is too slow minimum it takes 45 minutes to serve your order.
Went to this place yesterday with 5 friends, we all tried different deserts. I had the nutella waffles with ice cream. They were the best waffles i have had, absolutely delicious. The other deserts were also enjoyed by my friends.
The coffee was also really nice.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The manager had very good people skills.
The decor of the place was also very tasteful, contemporary and inviting.
I would highly recommend this place.

Good ambience and decor, staff were friendly and helpful. Good service! It was a little cold sitting towards the back and choice of music could have been less upbeat. But definitely recommend this place if you want a quieter place to enjoy.
A great and unforgettable experience.. Enjoyed a lovely mouth watering dessert.. kids loved the environment and had a lovely ice cream. To top every think up with excitement i left my phone on the table and the very generous staff member came running after me half way up the road to give it to me. A very honest and reliable service. Will recommend to any one and everyone
There's a lot to be said about good ice cream and desserts. I'm in love with this place. It was stylish and fantastic value for money. The desserts were spot on and they serve really good lattes also. My only disappointment was they had ran out of the cookie dough shots, but as I've never tried it I'll be back again to give it a "shot". Everything else was spot on great friendly staff and the ferrero rocher cheesecake i had instead was devine, great recommendation, thanks. Incidentally read the last review from a disgruntled customer and just to clarify there was no pink tea on the menu, so make your own assumption from that.
Lovely ambience in a dessert and coffee house in Birmingham. My chocolate pudding was divine. Service was prompt and there was a wide variety of desserts and cakes available. Nice place to while away the afternoon.
Great decor, very original. Waffle was nice, but the dessert menu is not as varied as some other dessert places. Still we enjoyed it and would return. Staff friendly.
Been to this desert place twice on lady pool road and I have to say they do the best desserts ever and the dessert that I've had at this restaurant going twice is a slice of chocolate fudge cake slice with icecream and cream. I highly recommend this dessert restaurant someone. The staff are very kind and the service is fast and brilliant.
