Great food and a lovely building/atmosphere. The service was a little slow with our wine arriving after we had finished the mains. It also took a while to receive/pay the bill.
What a fantastic restaurant. Every element of the experience was outstanding, this is a must visit if you are in the area. I can't wait to return and the six hour round trip won't deter me. Thank you. The first time I've completely eaten a four course meal
A lovely period atmosphere and character building ..food is good though portions are a little modest .. Food tastes delicious just expect this is a little expensive but a nice experience
We went there for afternoon tea set without knowing it needs pre-booking. So we tried the lunch set. Glad that the food was good and overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside was we were sitting right next to the door and every time people walk past, the floor make loud noise and table shak
Group of 4 of us from work went on a Monday evening recently, we had no booking but they were able to seat us and let us know there might be a slight wait for our order to be taken. The same guy greeted us, showed us to our table, took our orders and served everything, he was covering lots of sectio
Chose of the lunch time menu. Mine was nice for the price (fish cake nicoise with squid to start). Went with a group of people and we'd been asked to pre-order, but it still took a long while for food to come out even tho not that busy. Service was good and staff friendly. Nice location overlooking
Food was gorgeous but relatively slow serving, although it was busy and on the plus side it gave us more drinking time, so we didn't feel rushed at all. Had afternoon tea and given choice of sitting inside or out. Would like to go back for a main meal at some point. Nice atmosphere. Good view of can
Good value for set menu from12-6. But the steak and frites was really tough, don’t order it. The beef Bourguignon wasn’t soft ether. They have good activity book for kid to keep them busy.
What a lovely restaurant! Beautiful setting, faultless service and wonderful food. The chocolate brownie was the best I've ever had and the sticky toffee pudding wasn't far behind either. The 3 courses for £14.95 menu is amazing value with plenty of choice too. Highly recommended and will be headi
Bistro Pierre in Birmingham is a decent dining spot! The food is not only tasty but also offers great value. I particularly enjoyed the Steak Frites – cooked well and full of flavour. If you’re looking for a satisfying and tasty meal, Bistro Pierre is definitely worth a visit.
Went with friends for a birthday celebration. We all enjoyed our meals. The one vegetarian who was with us commented that it would be nice if there were more vegetarian options on the menu, but I personally think four is quite good.
Decent price, quality good (I loved more the started than the main though). Drinks fantastic. I my point down they took up to 1:20hr to get our main dishes to us 😩😕
Lovely afternoon tea overlooking the canal. Food and services great. Restaurant was very quiet but didn't detract from the lovely food
Personally my favorite restaurant in Birmingham. It's got the atmosphere, the location, the service, the food, and best of all...the price! Great value for what you pay for. I enjoyed a delicious 6-course menu on my birthday for less than what I had to pay to participate at my company's christmas di
Food was really good. Nice restaurant by the canal. Would recommend to people after a French restaurant.
