Food top quality as always shouldn’t expect any less from Gaucho.Did have a slight problem with my waiter ,how ever I spoke to a gentleman called Jordan who was part of management I believe and honestly he was perfect very understanding and honestly his customer service and the way he handled the situation was honestly top notch.

We visited the restaurant last weekend for a family occasion. The ambience was good, the steaks were to die for, and the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the 12% service charge added to the bill! I thought the acceptable tip was 10%!! Obviously, if you are given the opportunity to choose your own amount to tip, you can choose to give as much as you want, but not sure it is a good thing to add 12% to the bill upfront!

I came here in a group and ate in the private dining area which was very nice. We had prebooked the specific menu but there were unfortunately a few things unavailable from it which was a bit disappointing. However they did offer alternatives. The food was very nice, one of the best steaks I have had.

Booked a table here for my wife's birthday as it was in our list of restaurants to visit. The food was amazing. Our waitress explained the cuts of meat available to help you with your choice, with a visual display so you can see the size of the steaks. Service was good and a nice birthday surprise at the end was a lovely touch to end the meal.
