Relaxed vib to decor and layout. Friendly and professional staff. Satisfactory menu range (not as extensive as others but I was aware of that before visit and still chose here). I did not use the order at table App preferring to place order at bar. Food arrived in expected time, was presented nicely on plate and tasted nice. TO IMPROVE but a more obvious link to this venue in the first question drop down menu - type in Birmingham or airport and there is no option on list..!!

This is a great gem to go to once you have passed security at Birmingham Airport and are Air side.
There is also a Boots, Costa and WHSmith nearby away from the hussle and bustle of the main area. Seating always available and plenty of screens to check your gate number while you have a drink and some food.
Food is what you would expect from an All Bar One and service was top notch. All the dishes we ordered were well cooked and came up quickly.

Very pleasant experience. Was greeted and served by Jack. My food was amazing, very tasty! The service was excellent. The bar was quiet and staff were cleaning and getting along nicely which was nice to see.

Birmingham Airport's best kept secret. Avoid Wetherspoons and get a decent drink and food at gates 1-20. Only a 3 minute walk so easy to get back to your gate. Very good service 👏

Popped in this morning pre flight and had a wonderful experience.
The food we ordered was excellent and delivered within minutes. The coffee was incredible and the friendliness of the service was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble and it’s nice to be greeted by and looked after by smiley friendly staff in an airport.
Lovely quiet retreat in a very busy airport. I’ll be back whenever I fly from Birmingham. Thank you!!!

Gaea, the lovely waitress that served me gave outstanding service and made my time in the airport so enjoyable! She recommended some cocktails to me that were amazing and that I would definitely choose again! I was so happy with my experience in Bar One because of Gaea, she is a credit to you, is warm and friendly and goes beyond for the customer.

Just ordered a coffee. Nice place to relax from the busy airport. Coffee was very decent. Prices slightly higher than average but that is part of the airport way. So in the gates 1-20 more of the closer destination. But can be used by other gates bit of a walk. But if you are good at timing you can hide here before your flight. 🤓
