Amazing fresh Korean food. This was my favourite place to go to eat in Selly Oak. I recommend the spicy chicken sizzler with a side of rice! Also share the Korean fried chicken, it's really good!
Their Katsu chicken and Ramen are the best! I highly recommend Kimchi, the flavours are unique.
I have been to this restaurant many times. My favourite food was the beef and spicy squid sizzler, the Korean Fired Chicken was great! This time I tried Spicy Pulled Beef Hot Pot, it was so good eating this during the cold weather!
While I only got a takeaway, I quite enjoyed my brief wait at the restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and cosy. Ordered the Korean fried chicken wings with honey and garlic sauce and the katsu chicken. Both were delicious, very crispy and quite filling!
As Korean as it gets while in the UK! 😁 Very authentic menu and service system. The waiter was great! Food was lovely. Would love to try out their Korean grill as all tables have equipment at the ready. The menu didn’t mention the grill but I’m sure it would be available on request.
The food here was great, I particularly liked the honey and garlic Korean fried chicken and the takoyaki. The service here was great, with the staff being really friendly and accommodating. I would happily come here again for some tasty foods
This is a favourite restaurant of ours as we live in the neighbourhood. All the dishes here are absolutely delicious. And prices very reasonable.
But today, I found that the portion size of the sizzling squid is greatly reduced. It still tastes great just a very small portion.
Our first family visit to Kimchi was a delight. Service was excellent, the food was lovely and overall experience was very good. Even though chef was on his own in the kitchen he managed to get food out super quick. There are 2 adults and 5 children in our family and we were made very welcome. The lady who served us gave us complimentary pork pancakes which were delicious. We will visit again soon!
Visited here for the first time, we ordered some starters and I was so lovely and fresh, couldn't wait for a mains to come. I ordered chicken katsu and my partner ordered ramen, the mains were just as good very flavoursome. The service is good the food is quick, cooked fresh and piping hot. Give this place 9 out of 10. Would have got 10 out of 10 if they served alcohol, ( some type of Korean beer ). Will definitely visit again though.
We (adults) really enjoyed the food, however coming with young kids, they didn't think to tell us the dishes are spicy... (Didn't order the ones written H on them). So we ended up eating the kids courses and buying extra chips for them
