Great evening out , lovely food & the lemonade was so tasty & received such fabulous service from the staff , didn't feel as though we were being rushed along with our food just left to enjoy - definitely recommend this place

Friendly staff, lovely looking restaurant and amazing food! They have the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. If I lived here I'd definitely be returning but it's been a super yummy way to finish my trip :)

Absolutely amazing dining experience here! Seated quickly and staff very attentive and to hand. Service was quick and and price's very reasonable. We had one mistake with a missing item from our order but our waitress was able to resolve this very fast and due to the mistake item was null and voided on our receipt. Good selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan food items. Great selection of drinks to choose from Didn't get to try the deserts as our starters and mains filled us up but i guarantee they would also be amazing.

Could and should be better. Portions look smaller in comparison to other ASKItalian restaurants outside of the city The sauce looked tired and dry. The quencher aperitif was a nice though tho. The Pizza we had was nice, but still a tad dry with the toppings. Overall, food is good, service was laboured with staff slow to clear plates between courses and on trying to pay. We did spot them focused on their own conversations. Must have been good gossip as it took 20min to get the bill Friendly enough that said.

We had the dinner on Valentines’ Day. They have a three-course meal which are pretty good. Every course has multiple options and for vegans as well. The starter of prawns are really good. Although there were many customers that day, all the food are cooked freshly and kept warm. For pasta, you can choose own toppings such as cheese, cream etc. The cheesecake was too sweet for me, but the tiramisu with latte is good. The environment of the restaurant is suitable for casual dating.

With it being a Saturday lunch, the resturaunt was probably 1/2 to 3/4 full. There was a young team of staff on, all who were rushed off their feet but were so personable and couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely as it always is at an Ask Italian resturaunt! Would certainly come back to this Birmingham one.

One of the most delicious Italian restaurants in England, this branch is wide and beautiful and the service is great. Thank you very much to them.

The food was good, nice calzone! But i got one problem there … when you ask to your customer if we want something else and we answer « yes i want sauce » you should to let us know that its not free. I have discovered when i was paying that the sauce was not free…

Running a busy city center restaurant doesn't mean you have to compromise on service and the guys at Ask Italian New St Birmingham have proved this. We visited on a very busy Saturday evening and even though we were a little late for our booked slot, the management team did their best to find us a table (even though other non booked punters were having to be turned away due to how busy it was). We were served efficiently by our waitress despite the venue being super busy. Our drinks, starters, mains and desserts were all brought out at just the right time and - just as importantly - the food was on point. A good varied menu was available and there was also a really good selection of beers available. Can't fault the place, highly recommended.

Lovely staff and massive food portions! Bordering on the pricey side but the amazing taste, lovely decor and food portions made it entirely worth it! I look forward to returning

One of the best meals out that we’ve ever had was from this Ask Italian on Tuesday! Following a trek back from London we decided to treat ourselves to a meal here. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness, by staff who clearly enjoyed their job and serving their customers. We found all the food to be fresh and well prepared, with our seafood cooked to absolute perfection. We also ordered the zucchini frites as a side - possibly the nicest thing we’ve ever eaten, they were phenomenal! We both started with one of the local gin drinks, which were fabulous. When it came to dessert, this coincided with a large group arriving. The staff were very apologetic for our wait, which was minimal to say the least, and insisted on refunding our second cocktails. The dessert, the grande sharing platter, was beautiful. Overall, we had such a lovely meal out here, and the staff that were working on Tuesday night need commending. There’s a little something coming for you in the post today, and we look forward to visiting again soon!
