Stopped in here yesterday morning whilst waiting for some work colleagues who were arriving at New Street Station.
We ordered a few light bites and some hot drinks. Great location and food really stood out as good quality.
If you are waiting for people to arrive at the station this is a great spot
Would love to come back some time and try their later menu as if the breakfast and light bites are anything to go by it will be a treat.
First time here. A lovely surprise, it wasn't packed out, apparently it can be, but overall we had a lovely experience of good food and music in the background. You pick your table and use the bar code on the table to order food. I know we bought drinks at the corner, so I'm assuming you would be able to order food there aswell, as not all people would be savvy to the table barcode ordering (it should always be a choice :) Anyway, there was 4 of us and we were all delighted with our meals. It was presented well and scrumptious. Very competitively priced also. Staff friendly and approachable, we will defo visit again when in Birmingham
Fantastic service, super quick and efficient. We did bottomless brunch and we were never left without a drink for very long, which we appreciated!! Super good value for money, food was excellent and even though it was busy and our table was booked out after us, we didn't feel rushed or made to feel uncomfortable because they needed to turn the table over. 100% be back again and would recommend to anyone!!
I wanted to write this review as the service my company received for our Christmas lunch was exceptional. We have struggled in the past at other venues to get decent service when as a large group as we were, but this day everything was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the food was delicious and the service was faster than expected when dealing with this many covers. the setting was warm and relaxing. I wanted to thank you all very much and wish your team a very merry Christmas.
Great staff. I had made a mistake and sat in the wrong restaurant at New St Station and ordered on the app. 20 minutes later realised my mistake & went to All Bar One New St. No problem. Bemused staff got me seated with drink and the kitchen did a great job with my paella. It is a good cook who can cook squid without making it rubbery. Would recommend to anyone.
My birthday celebration at All Bar One Birmingham New Street Station was an absolute blast! They found us the perfect table for my whole crew (25 of us!). Huge shoutout to them for being super cool about my friends pre-paying to avoid any post-party bill drama.
The food and drinks were seriously yummy – everything we tried was delicious. But the real star of the show was our server, Daniel. He was awesome! Super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had the best time ever. My friends couldn't stop raving about his service. Big thanks to manager Helen too, she was super nice and helpful.
Overall, I highly recommend All Bar One Birmingham New Street Station for anyone planning a birthday celebration :)
Met for a Family catch up. Staff friendly all work well together. Great cocktails, swift service. Surprisingly impressed for a chain. 😎🥂
Cocktails were 2 for £13, great place to meet up with friends. Scan and order from our table was a godsend, dead easy and very quick service.
When we had ordered a drink from the bar it took way longer plus the barman accidentally gave our drinks to someone else after the longest wait for them to be made. His colleague stepped in when asked to and resolved the mishap and brought over our drinks and the others that had been ordered to the table.
Food was great in both portion size and taste! Really can't fault this place, we stayed longer than planned and didn't even move on to the next place we had planned to go to.
Defo would visit again!
Thank you for a fantastic evening yesterday! We had a large party for our Christmas Do and Tom was incredible. He was patient, accessible and fun! Every staff member I came in to contact with were happy and smiley.

Absolutely wonderful service and excellent food. Could not fault it. Food was so tasty. Sticky chicken, duck dumplings, prawns in a sauce and potatoes with chutney and okra
