What a fantastic evening before seeing Peter Kay at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham. From the minute we walked in (without having booked) the customer service was superb; first class. Absolutely delicious food and attentive, friendly service all night. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great evening.

Ok, so we are regular visitors at the Bank, however during last visit I was kind of shocked by how much the prices went up, it got soo much more expensive in recent months, don't get me wrong, the food is exceptional and the T-Bone we had was just finger licking good, but they got to slow down with those price increases I will still pay, but now I'm gonna think twice before spending £85 on a larger T-Bone for 2 people, at some point it's not going to be worth it.

Been here many times over the years and especially in the past few months, and I’ve never been disappointed. Our waiter was great really made an effort to interact even thought it was a busy Wednesday. We used the 50% on food for this visit so we were more adventurous with what we choose from the menu. Everything was on point and we didn’t leave a bite. Price of the drinks is the only thing I would pick about as I’m in the trade and know the mark up but it’s the price you pay these days when going out in a large city for the evening. Im certainty looking forward to my next visit (Pictures are from my last two visits)

The environment great, the food scrumptious and the service was amazing. I was having dinner with my fam and was immediately impressed with everything including the waitress Viktorija that served us and did a magnificent job. Thank you bank as a whole for a nice time, I can’t wait to visit next time.

Visited with my wife and daughter. Excellent table by the windows overlooking the canal. Prompt service. We had the prawns and squid which arrived promptly and were delicious. Followed this with a chateaubriand and a lovely Malbec. The meat was cooked perfectly and coupled with chimmichuri sauce was succulent and tasty. There was a DJ playing, not loud, some great tunes. Highly recommend as a treat. Do visit, but beaware they take a £10 pre-book charge per person in your party. Enjoy 🎉

We were attending a show at the arena and hadn't booked anything so when we saw The Bank we thought we like the look of there let's try it The welcome was very warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Our waiter was polite, professional and attentive, extremely good. The food was delicious, excellent, cooked to perfection. I had the Korean lamb chops and my wife the souvlaki, which we enjoyed very much. I had the vanilla cheesecake and my wife the Pavlova, again delicious and I'd go as far to say the cheesecake was one of the best I've eaten and I'm a sucker for cheesecake. Can't rate this place high enough, all staff were excellent, friendly and polite. Well done.

We were served by Victoria - she really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and interacted with us in a really friendly manner. We were given great recommendation for our mains considering portion size and was also quick to spot when one of the drinks we ordered didn't arrive on time, ensuring this was dealt with. We had a lovely time overall - apart from the somewhat smaller than expected portion sizes for the starters, the atmosphere (albeit a little loud), location (lovely canal views), and menu variety all made it worthwhile for us. This was our first time dining at Bank to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, but it won't be the last!

Attended a 'Gospel Sunday' event on 28/5/23 for a friend's birthday. The food was perfect, and all 6 of us had no fault with the quality and tastiness! The vibe was on point, too. Town Hall Gospel Choir sang a range of songs that covered Gospel, R&B, and pop music! The patrons were singing along, and there were smiles all round. All those celebrating a birthday were sung too, which was just great! Our table server named Alam was outstanding! He was personable, interacted superbly with us, and added positively to our whole experience! He was an absolute star! Our overall experience was superb. We were not rushed during our meal, and that meant we were able to celebrate our friends birthday meaningfully. Everyone on our table said we would be booking again. Thank you, Bank staff and Town Hall Gospel Choir, for a perfect Sunday lunch experience.
