In February 2020, I went out to eat with my mother at Zizzi. It's been over four years now, but I haven't forgotten the restaurant. At that time, I had a gluten and nut allergy. I was able to eat extensively here. The choices were plentiful. However, it has now been 4 years. So, I don't know if the
Pre booked table before show. Service was slow and tables felt slightly to packed in for it to feel comfortable and relaxed. Food however was good and tasty. 3 course deal was good value.
Excellent food with high quality ingredients. Pasta was perfectly cooked, nicely presented and delicious. Service was fast and friendly despite full restaurant on Saturday evening.
We were here last year, it was alright, but I have to say - this year they have made a massive improvement when it comes to food quality/taste, but also service was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, I cam definitely recommend for a dinner with friends and family
Good service! I brought my whole family together to celebrate my daughter's 20th Birthday and we were served by Mario who was a joy and a pleasure to be around. 10/ 10 experience !
I have been to Zizzi several times. My colleagues ordered pizza, which looked really nice, and I ordered chicken milanese instead. The portion was just about right for me, not only the chicken and loads of chips but also some veggies as well. The sauce was really good. We also ordered meat and veggi

Pasta was good.....server came and asked if I wanted grated cheese on top.....and said he won't stop unless I tell him to.....loved that part.....drinks were great too but the s
Great food, went out for a work dinner with colleagues, huge main pizza portions, but I had the chicken spiedini as a starter which was a huge portion, colleagues had the Garlic bread with caramelised onions, oh so tasty >>>>>>>>>> Casareccia Pollo Piccante pasta as a main, spicy enough, i do like m
Firstly this place is in the heart of Birmingham. The Decor was amazing as you can see from the photo. although it's best to visit by taxi. The atmosphere is extremely cosy. The staff and the customer service they provide I would rate at 9 out of 10. 😄😄, The venue is Family, kids and business orie
Beautiful restaurant outside the mailbox. Amazing views of the canal and boats riding past. Staff were nice and the atmosphere was beautiful. They also have indoor heaters next to you which keep you warm whilst you are seated. Great small touch.
A lovely little restaurant situated near the canal, they call it the mailbox if i recall oh my goodness, We had absolutely time the food was very nice. The portion sizes were massive. we went for the three course set meal highly recommended. i think it is only available Monday to Friday, so double
Love this place, great food and lovely overall experience
Had a lovely meal here to celebrate our anniversary with the kids. Food better than average I’d say for a chain that takes Tesco vouchers. Expensive otherwise I’d say. But service was brilliant especially as they waited a while for most of the party to arrive nice cosy atmosphere. Tasty food. So I’d
Great place, I love going out to eat here! My waitress was a lovely woman called Jodi and she was super polite and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Good service, staff were very attentive. We received some complementary pasta nibbles which was lovely. The food was very nice, pizzas are always huge and tasty. Staff can provide a takeaway box if you can’t finish food. The only downside is the tables are absolutely tiny, very cramped once starters
Good meal here. Plenty of vegan options, including the tasty zillionaires fudge cake. Friendly staff and quick service. Spent £38 each (3 of us) on 2 courses, two bottles of wine and a couple of beers.
As my fav chain brand for pizza Zizzi has good quality of food, especially pizzas on the thin crispy base, garlic bread with onions n mozzarella, chocolate gelato, and mocktails. No complaints about food at all. However the service at this branch in Mailbox is not as good as the food itself. Our wai
2021 Revisited Review Alot has changed since our last visit, must note the reduction in veggie options. However, food was delicious and staff were very attentive. New covid rules means ordering and payment is done simply by scanning QR code on menu and enter table number. You can order in stages
