Great food, hot and tasty. Did not have to wait very long after putting our order in, to receive our food. Brilliant service we had a very attentive waiter who was really helpful when making our choices. I would definately recommend this restaurant and will be going back.
Went there Friday for a birthday celebration.Great vibe at the place and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.A nice touch was my party receiving complementary wine This was our first visit, and will be back
Fantastic food specially the butterfly prawns and the pizza.The flavour of basil on pizza was very refreshing. A light music in background allows easy conversation across the table. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The location and ambience with a view of oven at the dinning area where they bake fresh pizza base is quiet catchy. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience. Can visit again.Anuradha Samtani

Good service! I brought my whole family together to celebrate my daughter's 20th Birthday and we were served by Mario who was a joy and a pleasure to be around. 10/ 10 experience !
35 of went there for a team outing.....service was fantastic.....food was ok.....prawns starter were little less juicy....
Pasta was good.....server came and asked if I wanted grated cheese on top.....and said he won't stop unless I tell him to.....loved that part.....drinks were great too but the service really won me over!!!
I have been to Zizzi several times. My colleagues ordered pizza, which looked really nice, and I ordered chicken milanese instead. The portion was just about right for me, not only the chicken and loads of chips but also some veggies as well. The sauce was really good.
We also ordered meat and veggie sharing plates, dipping the garlic bread into the melted cheese tasted amazingly good.
A lovely little restaurant situated near the canal, they call it the mailbox if i recall
oh my goodness, We had absolutely time the food was very nice. The portion sizes were massive. we went for the three course set meal highly recommended. i think it is only available Monday to Friday, so double-check when booking. Be aware that the pasta was a little undercooked, but Italian restaurant. that's how it's cooked, so dont be surprised. Well done, guys
As my fav chain brand for pizza Zizzi has good quality of food, especially pizzas on the thin crispy base, garlic bread with onions n mozzarella, chocolate gelato, and mocktails. No complaints about food at all. However the service at this branch in Mailbox is not as good as the food itself. Our waiter was not very attentive or getting too busy due to the shortage of staff, but we're still not happy with being ignored n having to stare at him from time to time to get some attention. We were worried about missing our movie but clearly the staff wouldn't care which was a shame. Atmosphere 4/5, can be noisy in busy hours.
Zizzi is always nice. Never amazing or exceptional but pleasant. Much like the food really. I had the Fonduta Formaggi for a starter. Which was nice, but didn't come with enough bread. So half the cheese remained uneaten. The Meat Sofia pizza was my main course which was excellent. So was my zillionaire's Fudge Cake dessert. My daughter wasn't too impressed with her main course, Spaghetti Pomodoro. It was very runny, with the sauce just ending up in the bottom of the bowl none of it actually on the spaghetti. Portions are a good size mind you. All in all a nice evening was had. But it could have been better with a little more attention to detail.
Beautiful restaurant outside the mailbox. Amazing views of the canal and boats riding past. Staff were nice and the atmosphere was beautiful.
They also have indoor heaters next to you which keep you warm whilst you are seated. Great small touch.
Good service, staff were very attentive. We received some complementary pasta nibbles which was lovely. The food was very nice, pizzas are always huge and tasty. Staff can provide a takeaway box if you can’t finish food. The only downside is the tables are absolutely tiny, very cramped once starters were brought over. And no salt and pepper on the table… which should be a standard item on every Italian table :-)

Good meal here. Plenty of vegan options, including the tasty zillionaires fudge cake. Friendly staff and quick service. Spent £38 each (3 of us) on 2 courses, two bottles of wine and a couple of beers.
