Peacock Inn - Birmingham - Photo album

I have a bad habit of ordering a burger pretty much wherever I go. Burgers are safe - they're probably not going to blow you away, but they're probably not going to disappoint you either. So the question becomes, when the food arrives, do I look at everyone else's plate and wish I had ordered someth
Loved the Peacock back in the day, went today and it's been revamped, good food, atmosphere and a nice place to be and enjoy some time with friends and family. Also top tier beers, Peroni, Madri and Moretti.
Christmas meal Place is lovely, friendly staff. Most of the meal was beautiful, starters and 1 meal was really lovely, Mushroom and squid starters beautiful, the roast pork belly melted in your mouth but the sirlion roast beef dinner was not on par with the other main, after waiting over an hour fo
I love this pub, but I have to say that Stephanie is my absolute favorite waitress. She is a breath of fresh air, no messing, hilarious and all round gorgeous. Definitely recommend The Peacock for the whole package.
Looking for somewhere different to go we ended up here. It's a lovely location in the countryside and has a very rustic look about it. Although advertised outside as a Greene King Pub the menu appeared more sophisticated. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food good, cooked well an
We stopped here during a bike ride for lunch. Fantastic choice of meals for vegetarians and vegans. It was a busy weekday with a birthday party going on, so the one server apologised for the delay in getting served. However, the food came out quickly and was excellent. The server was a lovely lady,
Hadn't visited The Peacock for a while, thought we would try Sunday lunch today. Trio of meats, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and vegetables all cooked perfectly, roast potatoes in goose fat, garlic and rosemary, everything very tasty and good quality. Sticky toffee pudding with date sauce fantastic!
Visited for the first time this lunch time. Food was really good, and served without too much time waiting, beautifully presented, by a really helpful waitress. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the hot drinks machine was broken so we couldn't finish our meal off with a coffee. Certainly
Great location for a country walk around the Forhill area, including the Roman Road Iknield Street. - A bit steep in places. (cars get stuck on the icy hill in winter) There is plenty of parking available at the Pub. Great range of meals available with indoor and outdoor seating. It is also a dog
Lovely experience, friendly attentive staff, they even had a separate gluten free menu which was delicious 😋
Very nice pub. Good food (desserts especially), service and choice of beers. Outdoor benches to drink in the garden. Overall a good pub.
My mushroom Wellington was superb. My daughters meat was a little bit fatty & difficult to chew. Great starter to share. Nice desserts
Excellent food and service. Only one niggle, the use of a premium lager (Peroni) for a half of lager shandy!! Should have been Carling or similar. Seems to me this choice was simply to jack up the price a little. Nevertheless, overall a pleasant visit.
Been here a couple of times now before and after the refurb HAVE to say that I will DEFINITELY be back 5* service all the way and a separate section for your dog!! My little lilly LOVES it here. Food is BEAUTIFUL and staff are SUPERB!!! Thanks will come back again v soon let me tell you lol xx Jayne
