Absolutely spot on. I've lived in America for two years and have not been able to find proper authentic buffalo wings anywhere in the UK, but Bonehead have nailed it, gorgeous! Just like the ones you get in the USA...mmmmm
The burgers were delicious, a perfect balance between tasty soft bun (no rubbish factory bread, I'm assuming the buns are from Peel & Stone, another fantastic B'ham independant food business), crispy juicy FREE RANGE (yay!) chicken, subtle pickles and savoury garlic mayo. My husband had the hothead burger and loved the flavoursome spice/heat that was strong enough to satisfy his love of spice but not too strong to overwhelm the flavour of the burger.
The waffle fries were perfectly crisp and salty. We ate far too much but enjoyed every single bite. Can't wait to go again!
Loved this place, some great beers on tap, a couple of Montessori’s that was a NE IPA that was one delicious beer, will defo be revisiting the little gem. Five stars for me.
Super friendly staff, great drinks and excellent chicken. Simple concept: chicken and booze. If you’re looking for a formal restaurant it’s not this - but they don’t claim to be.

Wings and chips were AMAZING, fried chicken lacked flavour, but the wings and chips definitely made up for it. Lovely staff who got us seated fairly quickly even though they were pretty busy. Great choice to choose from and I’ll be back to try a burger!
For anyone who loves chicken, this is a must! The wings are exactly what you'd hope for, the bonehead burger is incredible and the waffle fries are moreish! Will be back again and again.

This chicken burger is possibly the most amazing I've ever tasted! The edgy atmosphere, friendly staff, and genuinely life-changing food make it a must-visit. The burgers hit a nostalgic note but are a whole new level. The flavors are incredible, with a crispy, delightful batter. Highly recommend – I'll be returning for sure!
Wow, wanted to try this place for a while and I don't know why I waited so long. This is the most tender and juicy chicken burger I have ever had. Got the Christmas special and the brie on the burger worked extremely well. Chips and wings were also really good. Staff were also polite and we were seen to quickly. Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. A must try if you're in and around Central Birmingham.
Great burger joint. Chicken burger was amazing. Was bulging out the sides. Good portion size. Tater tots and wings were also spot on. Nice selection of beers on tap (they brew their own beer). The Bonehead pilsner is a good choice.
Small inside, a handful of tables. Right next to Birmingham New Street station. Recommend for a pitstop before or after you travel.
Cosy bar area on the ground floor. Interesting selection of draft. Service also friendly. The food doesn’t disappoint but it can take a while to get a seat. When it’s busy, it can take a while for the food to arrive. Though it’s worth the wait if you like your fried chicken cooked in different ways. Highlight of the evening was their IPA (Steady Rolling Man).

A true hidden gem. Outstanding food, great music and atmosphere, great staff (friendly, attentive, completely on top of allergies and making sure everything was fine) and amazing value. Very highly recommend it.
Oh those buffalo wings and fries with slow, yummy yummy. We went for early dinner with little one, food is tasty, baby chairs are available. Only down side there is no baby changing room.
We came across this gem by chance and boy was we happy . The food was amazing the service perfect we couldn’t fault it . We was celebrating my husbands birthday . The staff certainly looked after us . You really have a gem hidden away here. Will look forward to coming again with my son. By the way the corn on the cob was the best I’ve ever had . To die for . Thank you so much each and everyone of you . Highly recommended x
