Myself and my partner came in last Friday at around 7 O’clock. When we entered the restaurant we asked for one of the menus to not have the calories on it they said unfortunately they didn’t have one but we sat down anyway. Simon dealt with our first trip to Birmingham as a married couple, my husband had a beef burger and I had a couple san Miguel and we loved the whole experience.
Brilliant service, great food. Very accommodating, had pushchair and shopping and plenty of room! Made to feel at home and not a nuisance! Love it, great experience!
Great food and great service perfect for a team meal
they didn’t have the cocktails in but staff were very polite and gave me a free drink instead. the burger was amazing, i asked for medium rare which i got, plenty of cheese and the house sauces were great. on the expensive side but i will go and pay again

Called in for some lunch after a show at the nec. Simon made us both feel welcome and was very polite and professional. The service and food was absolutely fantastic! Thanks all a GBK. We will definitely be returning.

Service was outstanding as usual made to feel really welcome. Two medium rare burgers which were cooked to perfection. Kids had a great time and always ask to come back.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The chunky fries are amazing but beware very thick and filling!!
I’ve never had onion rings like theirs they have an amazing crunchy coating with onions cooked to perfection.

Very tasty food and the portions are really big for a good price especially the 1 pound milkshake which is a full glass cup
