Lunch time rush hour with full capacity, online ordering didn’t work but managers acted accordingly and relocated staff to open more ordering tills. Despite it being at full capacity, food arrived fast and service was great. Highly recommend and well done to everyone working there!
We stopped by Nando's, and as always, we had to endure the foodie queue, which can take quite some time while waiting for a table to free up. However, this queuing experience was quite different, and once we were called for our table, I actually felt a bit annoyed that we had to leave so soon. As you can see from the photos attached, there's no need to elaborate on Nando's food – we all know what they offer. This five-star review is all about how Nando's has perfected their customer service, especially on a busy Tuesday night.
Let me introduce you to "Dodge," the charming trickster who kept our party entertained while we waited. With his honestly impressive card tricks and sleight of hand shenanigans, all businesses with long waiting periods could learn a thing or two from this experience! Great job, Nando's! 😄
We waited less than 10 minutes for a table of 7. Our server Haymich (sorry if that's incorrect) made sure we would be comfortable with the size of the table and provided extra seating, he and all of the staff were so friendly. We ordered 7 meals plus extra sides and dips and everything came with no issues. The food was perfect, 10/10. At the end of our meal we were given a box set of sauces for being great customers ☺️ it was my partners birthday and it just made the experience fantastic. Thank you.
