Loved our dining experience but there were a few things that could have been better;
• husbands steak was ordered medium rare...but came medium...it might have been sat waiting and thus wasn't what it could have been - was delicious nonetheless

Absolutely amazing day at Mal maison Spa and gym, we went for my wife's birthday Clare and Katrina gave us great treatments we feel so relaxed, the food and service was amazing at the Mal Basseri, service by Sonny the waiter was so good, he is a credit to the Mal Maison name... thanks again...
The staff at the restaurants and bar are work very hard to accommodate your request. They are very lovely and polite. We stayed at the hotel this week.
