Lovely friendly calm service. Fast service. Catered to me and my baby exceptionally. Very clean and social able. I feel nervous going places but I feel so relaxed here. I had a pot of tea, hot chocolate and a cheese and tomato toastie with a side of salad. Just what I wanted. Dog friendly Baby and child friendly (books, colouring)

Had a catch up with a friend at Whynot coffee. Nice place. I had a hot chocolate and pancakes with maple syrup. My friend had avocado on toast with orange juice. The hot chocolate want that hot, but the place is clean and today with comfy chairs.

Had a lovely lunch prepared by the new chef Tammy. New menu is very creative and offers a good choice. Had chicken burrito with sweet potato fries which was presented beautifly and tasted delicious. Drinks from the barrista Meara was perfectly made and served with a lovely smile Definitely worth a visit 🙂

Great little place. Amazing food and drinks and staff were extremely hospitable and helpful even though we were very late for our booking. Quirky decor, relaxed vibes and a varied menu - we would definitely look to return!

Coffee was amazing. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was relaxing and it was a lovely way to spend an hour with a friend. In well organized and risk free setting ( blooming virus) definitely a girl's catch up place when this is over. Spotless clean. I had poched eggs on toast with smoked salmon it was faultless. Definitely a must visit place and we will be back. Thank you ladies xx

Why Not? is not just about the coffee and the food. The good folk who run it, have managed to make it very welcoming. A place I like to drop in to and feel comfortable. The coffee is good. The food is sour dough toast and sandwich based. All tasty. There's also, always, a dangerously tempting selection of fresh cake available. Rare.

Why not coffee have recently come under new management and although it's always been a favourite of mine, I love it even more now. The cakes are beautiful and quirky, the coffee is the best in bearwood by far and the staff are friendly and always go the extra mile. Big fan of an afternoon spent alone or with friends sipping a dirty chai and a oversized grandad chair at why not. Well worth a visit for the coffee and the atmosphere. There are also lots of plugs, two outdoor areas, a new menu, alcoholic and none alcoholic drinks, child friendly toys and stools to sit on and often different events like poetry slams and music themed evenings to enjoy.

Really nice family run business... marys cakes are renown at all local food markets. Quality ingredients and the halloumi wrap is excellent. Well worth a visit and after lockdown is over they even have a hidden garden. Milkshakes, cakes, coffees, stout beers and food wraps 😋 👌 ♥ SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES THEY TAKE MORE PRIDE

Cool place with exposed brick walls and dark wooden decor. Food is great, as is the coffee which is the reason why this place is so busy and so popular! Find yourself a seat, sit back and sip your brew while enjoying life!

Wow, what an amazing atmosphere. The energy is palpable and I have been able to get so much work done in a very relaxed state. The two girls Chelsea and Sara were very attentive with great smiles and excellent customer service. I didn't feel like a customer, more like I sense of belonging. By the way, the carrot cake is to die for.
