Been going hear for over 15 years with my family but with Good food, great staff and one of the best pints of Guinness iv every had It's been my regular Wednesday pub the lads for over 2 year. They even make us curries that are not on the menu

Haven't been in here for a while (nearly 3 years) after hearing some bad reviews about the food etc. Can honestly say...I regret not coming here sooner. Came with a few mates...tried out the mix grill, chilli chips and pork steak...very nice. The grill was very classic in terms of real bbq not the typical same tasting flavours at all the other pubs. Chilli chips were nice and soft and lived up to its name...chilli! After a short while we ordered mains... Prawn curry / chicken curry / lamb curry all with less oil and medium spice with naan. Pleasantly surprised and they were very nice. Not too much masala, cooked perfectly. Think we ordered way too many naans...it was never ending! Seriously this is a hidden gem! Will be going again. Stomach is about to pop.

Food here is excellent and reasonably priced. Mixed grill is excellent and naans are supervised and can be shared by two. Will be my regular place to pick up good again food

We had a party of 12 on Saturday evening, we met with manager Jit and worked out the menu. Had a fantastic time (3 hours) and excellent food. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. Would recommend it to friends and family. Definitey try BBQ sizzler for starters and Goat Curry for main course. PS they cater for Vegeterians as well.

Best Mixed Grill pub in the area! Price cant be beat. Level of food is consistent & crazy tasty. I fully recommend the chicken wings or chicken tikka with roti. The Grove is more of a modern setting and you can rarely get a seat... For that reason coupled with price difference(its slight) The Farcroft just pips The Grove at the post! Winner!!🏁👍 There's a new Heavyweight contender in town competing for The mixed grill crown....check out my full review of the newly refurbished Royal Oak. 😁

On the right evening, this could be heaven on earth - depending on the mood of the chef, the food can be exceptional and if the stars are perfectly aligned you will find a great ambience. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent place. Large rooms with easy seating. Food is great. Quick to serve and plenty of it. Beer was pretty good too.

Had the pork steak which tasted nice but more bone and fat than meat , the chefs special chilli prawns with rice which was tasty and the garlic nann was perfect

Very nice grilled food. Traditional pub from the front and desi grill in the back. With ample bar garden. Must try the fish from the menu
