It was a Saturday 4th of May, really busy time had a small issue with the wrong order and asked to speak to the manager but only the assistant manager was available. She was very polite and professional, as though it was very busy and stressful for them she took the time to sincerely apologise about the mistake and offered an exchange for the order. Customer service and professionalism from her was amazing.

Everything is delicious there. I tried the Oreo stack, Kinder Bueno stack, Lotus stack, S****y brownie stack, Oreo milkshake, and Lotus milkshake and they ALL taste like heaven.

Visited Birmingham in June & got this inside the Bullring. It was soooo delicious and fresh. Next time i go Birmingham i will definitely be getting this again.

Excellent customer service and Different style as to what is around and look forward to seeing the business thrive.The baklava shake was delicious and wish I could stay longer to try more dishes but unfortunately due to time tight I couldn't.:)
