Soda bread is now my absolute favorite! This place is faultless. The staff is incredibly lovely, and the food is consistently fantastic. I've enjoyed both dining in and takeout on my two visits. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful solo meal before or after a hectic day. I'll definitely be returning
Stopped in for a coffee on my way to a work meeting. Owner and staff all very friendly and had great chat. It's was comfortable, warm, inviting - everything you want from a cafe. 100% definitely going back next time I'm in Birmingham.
Definitely worth a visit. Delicious coffee. We had full breakfasts, which are cooked to order, but in return for your patience you get an excellent, freshly-cooked plate of everything you would want from a cooked breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming to both locals and first-timers like us.

The bread is apparently freshly baked and delivered each day by a local french baker. The crusty baguettes are a must, regardless of what you have in them. They are just devine.

Very friendly service, and nice environment. I had breakfast with my son, who had a fish finger butty with tartar sauce. This was a decent portion and he really enjoyed it. I had scrambled eggs, beans and toast (sour dough), great start to my morning.

Lovely staff. I noticed you can pick up essentials too: eggs, flour, tea, soups and pasta. Soda Bread Cafe has it all.
