Until I read the other reviews I don't think I appreciated this store as much as I should. It is easy to access, the two staff who served me were really helpful and very pleasant. I could buy the book cheaper online but I enjoyed having a browse through it first and it was enjoyable walking throu
This is the largest branch of Waterstones that I have visited. It is very close to New Street station. There is a lift between floors. As well as a large selection of books, there is a big range of puzzles, games and gifts. There is also a café. Really enjoyed a browse around here.

My first time here and I absolutely loved it! the 2 ladies that served me today were wonderful, with one (I didn’t get her name) who went above and beyond for me to help me find a book. 10/10 lovely store experience which was very much appreciated :)
Brilliant book shop in Birmingham. Lots of subjects including manga, graphic novels and lots more. Over 4 floors including a very nice coffee shop. Games, puzzles and collectables at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and ultra helpful.
Pleasant cafe with very reasonably priced drinks and light sandwiches for lunch. Cakes are very nice!

This is and has been my favourite and preferred bookstore for going on ten years. The range is great, especially after the recent renovation upstairs, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and I've very rarely been unable to order something they didn't have in store. B
