I remember it being a cold rainy Sunday evening; my mood wasn't the greatest and my stomach empty. The only thing that could possibly cheer me up was some good quality grub. Armed with my winter coat and knitted hat, I set off on my escapade; little did I know that I was to stumble on possibly one of the greatest food joints I had ever been to. There was ample parking available outside meaning I could park right outside the shop.
As I entered I received a very warm welcome from the very lovely waiting staff and was quickly sat down. From the before mentioned reception I had just received coupled with the splendid décor, my mood had already improved exponentially and I had not eaten any food just yet! Having a first glance at the menu I had noticed that the pricing was very reasonable and exactly what I'd like to pay for a decent steak. Having ordered a medium rare sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce, it took under 20 minutes for me to receive my food and boy was I mesmerized with what had just been presented to me. It was cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite that entered my mouth was inconceivable; how can something taste so good? I normally don’t order sauce with my steak but on this occasion the peppercorn sauce was literally to die for. I was beginning to get upset as the contents of my plate were slowly diminishing. Inevitably my plate had finally become clear and what a meal it was indeed. As I got up to leave the manager himself came to say goodbye and I couldn’t express to him in words how ecstatic I was to have eaten here. He thanked me for my kind words but I couldn’t thank him enough for the experience I just had.

Well the best chicken stake I have had!!not much of meat eater so always have chicken stake in other restaurants but never enjoy my meal but today even with a screaming baby I still loved the food and they lamb stake and beef stake which my family had was also very tasty!good choice for kids also and staff was very helpful and took good care of us so big thumbs up will definitely go back soon and highly recommend it 🖒🖒🖒🖒
Awesome experience great high quality food excellent service. Its a family hit my 6 year old loves the food too.

Ok so it's an amazing place, good was awesome and employees were nice too. It was surprisingly empty which is rather unfortunate because they most definitely serve great food. I would highly recommend going to this place because it doesn't make your wallet cry unlike other places. I had the notorious bun which satisfied my taste buds with the overall texture of the beef patty and the sauces which created this overall wonderful experience in my mouth. Please visit bun and steak because they definitely have good buns (I haven't tried the steak yet).
Parking on a nearby side street. Staff are friendly and inclusive. When I was there with my family we noticed a special needs man and his father having their ‘regular’ meal and it was amazing seeing the staff being so attentive and caring. In terms of the food it was great! We came from out of town and the quality and freshness of their burgers were lovely. Would highly recommend and would indeed visit again.
Ladies and Gentleman don’t not hesitate to eat or order from here…ordered the Sirloin steak for the mains was not disappointed every mouthful was an absolute enjoyment to my tastes buds !!!

Highly reccomend this place! I've been here about 4 times now and have been happy with the food and service each time. I've tried both the burgers and steaks and have never been disappointed with the food I order. The nachos are amazing and they kids meal is a very generous size and I like that they provide real meat burgers for children rather than the standard processed chicken nuggets/ fish fingers and chips option. (Edited) 3 years on from when I last reviewed this place I’d like to say I still throughly enjoy eating here and have gone on so many occasions with family and friends who have all also loved this place. Their service is still just as amazing, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I think the location is great there is always parking near by. You can never go wrong with bun and steak!
Had some great food tonight. The food was quality. The chicken wings and lamb chops were of a very good quality. You could just tell how good they were from the very first bite.
We were served promptly and had food on our table within 25 mins of ordering and it came out piping hot!
This place is way better than TruBurger/Rios, patties were thick and juicy. Salads were fresh.
Thoroughly impressed. And £8-£11 per bun.
For anyone visiting, it’s mainly full of 20-35 year old people. Family friendly and sound waiters.

This place is quite local to us and our go to steak house when we have family over. The food is made to perfection and tastes great! The atmosphere is very family friendly and the staff are amazing as well, very welcoming, polite and attentive. 5* and highly recommended.
I love coming here when I visit from London. Their ribs are beautifully cooked and so soft they simply fall off the bone. Sides are nice. The burgers are pretty average, although good quality beef they have more of a five guys quality to them than what you'd expect from a gourmet burger place. But it's not a huge issue as they still taste very good. Highly recommended.
Great place for meat lovers. The steak was done nicely with no chewy or tough bits. The ribs were really good they were juicy and the portion was a good size. Tge size of the steak was good with little a marbling for the extra taste. The place was clean and maybe 10 tables. Good place for for groups or couples. Ample parking on street opposite. Definitely recommend.
