Tasty food. Excellent menu, plenty of vegan options. The waitress when taking our order asked if we wanted vegan or vegetarian, so everything in the menu can made vegan!
She was really kind and provided excellent service.
The Wonton soup, mock fish and the sizzling tofu aubergine were delicious!! The portions were good.
We also had the lemon iced tea HK style which was very refreshing on a hot day. The waitress also turned on the AC for us.
The environment, the food and the service were amazing! I can’t recommend it enough, and will definitely be back soon.

Recently returned for dinner. Haven’t been back in a while and the service is still top notch. Friendly people and good food. Love seeing the new items on the menu. Will certain come back to sample more!

Very friendly service and food came out fast. It seems like the menu has been stripped back though, and there just weren’t as many options to choose from as before. Food tasted average for the price and when compared to the choices we now have in Brum. However, one massive big up to this restaurant is it’s dedicated vegetarian menu - it’s rare to see and very commendable.

A stunning restaurant. I have been here a handful of times and the food, customer service and atmosphere has never failed to disappoint. The menu is nicely designed and not overwhelming. The food and drink selection is good and the presentation, taste and price are all perfection. I will be coming back for as long as they keep serving delicious food.

Ruga Bistro is a hearty restaurant in the centre of Birmingham with a large variety of items to pick from their menu and friendly staff.
The restaurant itself wasn't too full when we visited with a group of 8, and we found our food to be delivered in due time, bar for one of our friends' dishes that took 10 minutes longer than the first person's dish arriving.
