Good management. Good service with nice design restaurant. Tables, seats and floor are clean.
Seated by a very pleasant server. A very polite person took our order. The food was delivered pretty quick and extremely tasty. Well worth a visit and will definitely be visiting the restaurant again.
Really great vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The veggie ‘chicken’ is really good, the texture is spot on.
First, the service was great a day friendly. The manager and the lady attended to me and they both received 5 stars.

First time trying Nandos at mailbox, overall not bad. It was 8.30pm on a weekday so almost empty and music not loud, which was really good. My friend n I had chicken thighs, wings and gelato. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando's today! Despite a little mishap with my 2-year-old who unfortunately choked and vomited, the staff's response was nothing short of exceptional. We are here for the first time. I ordered the Fino pitta which was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain the menu to us. The restaurant is cute and relaxing. Just a small complaint: the tables were sticky. But other than that we had a wonderful time.
