I came for a quick dinner with my family before a show at the Alex and the service was brilliant. The food came quickly and was lovely. Special thank you to Lunga he couldn’t have been more helpful. There were a couple of items not available on the menu and he sorted us some additional sides to make up for it. We all commented to each other afterwards how kind and helpful he was and just a happy soul making our experience really great. Thank you!! 🙏🏼

Really beautiful nandos location with great art. Food was tasty but the fries portion was very stingy compared to the normal nandos offering at other restaurants.

Visited Nandos for the "umpteenth" time on Saturday March 30th, was greeted by who I think is the manager, and was once again treated to customer service I would expect from a much more upmarket restaurant!
What I'm trying to say is the particular guy, along with his staff, genuinely make you feel welcome with a friendly greeting, exemplary customer service and they have created a no rush atmosphere, making this particular Nandos feel a little more special than just a chicken restaurant!
Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing you again soon!

First time ever having Nandos and Lunga went above and beyond for us! Explained everything and looked after us so well. Food was 10/10! A nice, quiet, hidden gem. Would recommend it to anyone! Brilliantly run restaurant🙌

Nando's never disappoints, and Lunga, the manager, ensures every visit to the Mailbox Nandos is fantastic! From the great atmosphere and extremely helpful staff to the always delicious perfectly cooked food, this is certainly the best Nandos in Birmingham. Thank you Lunga and staff!

Best customer service I’ve received in a restaurant. Lovely friendly staff going out their way. Food was amazing as always! Our favourite nandos. We travel from Wolverhampton once every month to enjoy our Nando's here at the Birmingham mailbox. Special thank you to Lunga for being so attentive and so kind.

I don’t do reviews but the service I received from a man named Lungawas exceptional. He was amazing and led so well, it was super busy yet he gave everyone the right attention and sorted each table out, the food is always hot and if there is an issue it gets solved quick, shame i didn’t get a pic of the food
