Very good service the staff working on that day were friendly and they are very well dressed.
I wanted to order a flat white but it wasn't on the menu for some reason. But nonetheless the barista made one for me! The coffees were reasonably priced especially inside a selfridges and was located in a quiet spot! The coffees were OK but a bit tiny 😅.

Rumours are that this place is going to close because of less demand, but they will make a mistake if they close. Everything is perfect there, I had my tea and cake while wife went shopping. We like the idea.

Update 2023: they had staff changes and it wasn’t great for a while, the standards really dropped, but the current staff are really good. The scones are still the best. The manager Davide always gives an incredible service.
Coffee and cake is so good. Sabina have excellent service which I would go back for that alone. She
is really good at job. The manager Christian is also excellent I would recommend to everyone.

The best Tiramisu I can find in this city it just tastes amazing. My friend loved it as well. The only concern about the food is its size - somehow it looks smaller than I had last time.
As for customer service I really don't have much to say, because from my experience there's no such thing in this fancy cafe. Seems like all the staff are not really passionate about this lovely place and they juz wanna finish their work with least effort. I've never seen any staff here giving me a real smile tbh🤷♀️

We only only had coffee and cakes but they were rather nice. The service was very pleasant but a little haphazard, not that it was problem though.

Love coming here for our bi-weekly meets (wish I was in town more often!), great service and the food and drinks are lovely after getting off work. Some of the best cheesecake I've had. Also the scones are top tier.

Friendly and swift service. Was quite busy when we arrived but was served and seated within a few minutes.
Price for what I ordered (pistachio and cookie dough ice cream) is very reasonable - £3.80.
Both of the flavours were delicious. Not overly strong and not too subtle (which can be the case for pistachio).
Would recommend for a quick stop whilst shopping in Selfridges.
