Pizza Hut

I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. I’m a big fan of any Pizza Hut and when I saw how convenient the one in the Bullring was I was pretty excited. Server was a kind young man who was very happy to answer any of our questions and the food came out in decent time. My pizza was a little overcooked but it still went down a treat, but my only concern was that the place needed a lick of paint. It didn’t seem run down or anything whatsoever but it was just a little scruffy in some places towards the ceiling and the front of the restaurant does not look as good as the massive space at the back. The massive space was not in use which didn’t confuse me at all because I assume it was overflow but it just seemed off to me that they put a lot of investment into that area of the restaurant and not the main, more used front part. Decent little experience though, would come back again.

A good option for good and cheap food around the Bullring in Birmingham. I got a deal where I could get a melt + salad + fries + soft drink + ice cream for £15. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I do only wish the place was a bit cleaner especially around the areas where customers get their drinks and ice cream.

When we first entered the place we where disappointed to see there was alot of steps. So wasn't very accommodating for children especially when we had a pushchair. The restaurant was bloody freezing door wide open at top of the stairs and air con was on high which made the children's lips blue its winter and it was also snowing. Meal was lovely shame it went cold so quick because of how cold the place was. Would of been nice to be offered our sides/ starters before the pizza came out alby the time we got to the pizza it was freezing. Also missed being able to get the hot sauce that used to be offered

I went to this place today. Well the menu was bit complicated and the process to order was bit hard may be fir me as I visited there first time but the worker over there kayal so nice she never mind as we asked her so many times the questions she made us comfortable. Really nice and the manger girl was nice sammy. Recommended.

I went for a pizza buffet.. You have to use your phone to order online now.. which is a little bit of a pain because it's in the basement so connecting via mobile data was very slow and frustrating- then trying to connect to their "free WiFi" was also just as painful. After an age eventually managed to pay and eat. The pizzas were delicious as was the tomato pasta - and the salad bar very fresh.. Waited forever for a glass of water. It was pretty busy though. Staff every friendly probably could have done with more on the floor. Food was lovely though.

Popped in here for some lunch with a few mates. You're encouraged to order food via a QR code, but with the restaurant being underground there isn't any signal so diners have to rely on the WiFi which is a bit of an effort to sort out. Luckily the waitress was happy to take the order the old fashioned way and we enjoyed some lovely pizzas and sides from the salad bar.

Really friendly service. Glad we booked because it was very busy at 2pm on Thursday. The only access is stairs however there is another Pizza Hut restaurant in the bullring that is accessible. Had the individual deal where you get an individual pizza, a side, salad bowl and any drink for £16.99. The food came quick and was very good. Enjoyed a lovely dessert too.
