Came for breakfast this morning, was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome by Lauren asked if there was any dietary or allergies ( which there was) before sitting us down at the table. Our waiter Aaron was fantastic, bubbly and more than happy to work out the breakfast menu with me as I am gluten free, making me feel more at ease. Breakfast came promptly and the food was lovely. Was surprised with the birthday song and gluten free cake, safe to say I was very embarrassed. Will definitely be back to try the gluten free main menu.

Had a nice meal here on a saturday afternoon. Ellie was incredibly warm and lovely! The deal with a pizza and three pastas for about 25 pound was such a great deal. The food was decent for the amount you were paying but it was very ordinary and lacked a lot of flavour. The pizza was a bit soggy as well but otherwise a great experience :)

Great service from the start. Was asked straight away if we had any food allergies which I thought was good. Seated straight away and didn't have to wait long to order food and drinks, even though there wasn't many staff and it was busy. Jamie was friendly and found the time to ask us on a number of occasions if everything was okay with our meal. Waiting time for food was impressive. Food served straightaway and was hot and tasty. Would definitely go back. Thanks Jamie and team for a lovely evening.

Had a nice time once again with my daughter at Frankies, and as per usual our waitress Izzy was very good with us and made us feel at ease throughout our visit. We personally think she is the best here. She has made us feel welcome here anytime. She gets a 100% 5 star from us. Would recommend here as the food and service is great 😁😁😁

Visited for lunch today with my family! Was served by Ellie and would like to say what fantastic service she provided. Even though it was very busy we still got great efficient service from her. Not a bad word to say about our experience, all the food was delicious too! We will definitely come again very soon.

I went here today with my boyfriend and daughter. The food was tasty and hot, and we did not have to wait too long. The waitress that served us (Ebony) was extremely attentive and polite. No request was too much for her, and she quickly rectified anything that was wrong with our food. The food being good is one thing, but having great service makes the experience a whole lot better, and that is what Ebony has done! She was very friendly with my daughter which was really nice to see, as I know my daughter can be a handful sometimes. Thank you Ebony for your amazing service!

Took my partner to try the new Vegan menu. We were very impressed. 3 courses and all were amazing. Fresh and presented well. The chocolate lava pudding was one of the best desserts ever and was actually Vegan. Table was good and atmosphere warm. Staff all seemed friendly and happy to be there. We were served by Aaron who was very good and made sure we were looked after. We will be going back guaranteed and yesterday evenings outing was well worth it. Fabulous dinner

Returned to F&B in battery park Birmingham, and got same waitress and table. Service was excellent and quick. Food great selection and really tasty. Suited meat eaters and vegetarian alike. And there currently doing a 40% of main courses voucher you can pick up on your phone. What more can you ask for
