Only had a chow mein but that is a good measure of a good Chinese for me. If they can't get that right I never return and with so much choice in this area. The ruby is now my go to Chinese. It was fabulous very tasty, good chicken not watery nor tasteless nor check cuts. Perfect flavour not too wet not too dry good mix of ingredients noodles cooked perfectly. A simple dish but often so neglected and poorly made by many Chinese take aways. Can't wait to try more dishes x

Honestly...cannot beat this place!! Incredible, fresh food, quick delivery, and NOT STINGY WITH THE PORTIONS! never disappointed with this place unlike so many other restaurants in the local area.

Always consistent, top quality food from The Ruby. Staff friendly, food delicious and well priced. We've moved a bit further away now, and still come back when we're having Cantonese. Our favourite by a mile.

The Ruby was recommended to us and we've always had excellent food (we've tried most of the menu). Good size portions, well cooked and have never been disappointed with a takeaway. Chris on the front desk is great too.

Veg spring rolls, chips and chicken balls were banging, Cantonese sweet and sour had enough veg and chicken.. lovely and staff were polite and lovely highly recommended
