Al's Diner

I live around the corner, order lunch everyday, the food is like Nando's on the high street, but better & more affordable, absolutely exquisite, fantastic presentation & given the food chains in that area, I'd say Al's hits the top 2, hands down. The service is wonderful, if your chatty they will pleasantly engage in any topic, if your quiet or a little private, expect them to leave you to your own, while you work on your laptop, everyone who comes in was treated as a friend, very well trained staff & the owner, is a example to young professionals. Go check it out for yourself, you wont be sorry. 💯

Made an online order for delivery. Food was beautiful!! Delivery was quick and food was very hot. The staff member who rang to clear a query with my order was very polite and helpful. Delivery driver was polite and cheery. This was our first time ordering from Al's, will deffo become regular in store and online customers. Cant recommend the sirloin steak burger or the bbq chicken enough!! Keep up the amazing work :)

I am a bit kind of desi food lover. So i really consider taste than price. So as far as taste is concern i liked it more than pepe. I gave 4 stars just because of location as i have to cross the road from the pedestrian walk which is far away from both sides. And 2nd thing is they accept just cash so i have to come back and cross the road again for withdrawal.

Mixed bag but mostly positive, first off I understand that the main guy in there today was on his own when he thought another member of staff was coming in so I want to be fair with the review. The food is REALLY good especially for the price, I would definitely go in again. My main gripes were the slow wait for the food but as mentioned I think this was mainly due to him being on his own so hopefully service would be quicker next time. My other gripe is I paid £1.20 for a bottle of coke and my girlfriend paid 75p for a can of coke yet it turned out the bottles were the small glass ones so the bottle and the can were both 330ml, so I don't know why I paid more for the same amount of coke? But all in all, the service was friendly and the food was very nice and extremely good value for money so I would definitely be back.

My kids are very fussy eaters. But they both cleared their plates in no time. They love Mc Donalds but just for the name, they dont actually eat anything. Reading a previous review about it being a halal establishment so shouldnt have burgers made me chuckle. Basically in England only the Italian should make pizzas and asains can only mKe currys. Lol. Back to review, after a very busy day we decided to get something to eat but our usual place was out of food. I ordered a burger, it was delicious and quite hearty. I honestly left satisfied. Service was brilliant, staff friendly and atmsphere welcoming. It was my treat to my sister and her kids too so I felt proud of the quality. Will definitely go back.
