I'm a regular, the whole family love the big fish chip shop,the fish and chips are perfect and it always seems to taste better,I've tried a lot of different things burgers sausage roe chicken and it's all tastes really nice my mom loves it.
Staff are great polite friendly I really recommend this chip shop, don't waiste your money on the cheap places put the extra and enjoy quality fish and chips traditional fish and chips.

Best quality chip shop we have tried for miles.
Great cod, not other fish other than cod, and great chips. They use good quality fat and potatoes are always top quality. They take thier time with the chips to ensure crispy/fluffy perfection.

What a lovely family-run chippy! Been going Big Fish for years just haven’t got round to writing a review. The quality of the chips are fantastic and the fish really fresh. It comes in a box which is great & doesn’t get messy. The curry sauce & chilli sauce are perfect..

Haven’t been here in a really long time, thought I’d give it a try again and leave a review too. Got the fish and chips with a portion of donner and curry sauce. Decently priced for the size, the food was all completely fresh and steaming hot.
I quite like the donner since it’s thinner than most places, the fish itself was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, chips were nice and the curry sauce was delicious. I’d recommend getting the cod fish and next time I’ll get the masala fish and masala fish bites.

Tasty and fresh food, we had Seesh kebab, finger fish, masala fish and chicken shwarma with nan.
Sitting of 8 people possible in door.
Parking could be tricky at time but free ofcharge.
Avoid going around 3pm school close time, they're very busy and crowded.

Nice place to eat. Chicken doner chips are the best. Missed one star because you always forget to give sauces with takeaway orders. Last week I placed an order of almost 30£, when I came home and opened the bag there was no sauce dip inside. Really like your food. Delicious because it’s properly cooked. 🔥🔥

Don’t evaluate The Big Fish on it’s fish and chips. If you want the best, pop down the road to This is Bedders. Where The Big Fish shines and sets itself apart from the traditional is its range of grilled foods. The kebab options are phenomenal and look sumptuous. This Islamic institution offers a range of meat options and freshly prepared nan to mop it up with.
An excellent chippie alternative, with a small indoor seating area and brilliant value.
