My daughter and our puppy visited her yesterday afternoon. We come here often but this was our first time with our puppy. I didn't catch this lady's name sadly but she was so welcoming as I wasn't aware that this chain were dog friendly establishments! It was really nice to relax indoors. Our favourites were available and I paid £11.15 for everything which I thought was very reasonable! The gentleman who served me was also super lovely and they both attended to us with big smiles. Great customer service and Remi enjoyed her first pup cup. The lady even suggested other Caffè Neros near the canal so we can walk our puppy along there with good views 😀 Thank you both, we will be back soon!
