Straight forward and pleasant place to have some food. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The toasties we had were hot and well filled and pretty delicious tbh considering the price.

Great place to grab a lunch. Feels more like an independent store, than the larger chains. Excellent choice of sandwiche fillers and a healthy portion at a good price.

Absolutely unreal! Just called and got a sausage and egg sandwich on white with a latte , really fresh and nice egg cooked perfect, quick service and friendly staff, definitely call in if your passing.

We use Philpotts for lunch orders when there is a medium to large meeting taking place at our office. Andy, in particular, is wonderful with helping with our bespoke (and mostly last minute) orders. The food provided is always fresh and tasty with a wide variety for choice. A big thank you to team at Philpotts Bennetts Hill!!

I go visit daily for my lunch break. Food tastes fresh and homemade. They have a wide range of items to make a proper sandwich or salad. The fact that you can choose up to 7 veggies and 2 meats makes your salad very nutritious, which is great, because I get to dinner without eating any snacks, even though it's not a hypercaloric meal. Breakfast is also very tasty. Pricing is reasonable, but even if it was a bit more expensive I'd be happy to give them my money, rather than spending it for a McDonald's meal. People are nice, polite and they always welcome you with a smile. They're the icing on the cake. I mean, on the salad. 😁

Tasty sarnies and the soups are something special. Roast sarnies with trimmings are particularly good too. Can be a bit of a queue sometimes and they shut at 2pm, so best get in there by 1.30pm or you might be left with whatever they have left...
