Service was fab 👌🏼 there was no whip cream so they reduced the price of the drink and had a nice Praline latte 😀 seating are was comfortable and a lovely atmosphere 😀

The young lad I ddn't get his name he had blonde streaks in his black hair in Selfridges branch realised my religion and helped me chose a suitable snack "thank you for your kindness yesterday". I forgotten my glasses and my child wanted a certain cookie he showed good service and kindness.

Good customer service, food and drinks good.
Given 4 stars as last few weeks they've either ran out of something or no cold drinks because blender has been broken. This doesn't put me off returning though.

Best cafe in Birmingham. Jermaine gives some of, if not the best customer service I’ve ever seen. From making old women to babies smile - he’s like superman. And he found my AirPod Pro’s case. What a massive don.

The shop can often be quite busy but this one offers cold drinks as well as hot drinks unlike the new street pret. Noisy as well given it's place in Selfridges but nothing headphones can't fix.

The best sandwiches on the go. I like their selection and most of all they have vegan sandwiches which are definitely up my sleeve. They have a good selection of drinks, fizzy drinks and organic drinks. I like the convenience of buying something on the go and the staff is very polite well mannered. I do recommend.

Used to work at Pret and I always make a point of going back because I know the food is amazing and made that day. Can be pricey, so not an everyday lunch but defiantly healthy.

This is a very busy Pret due to its location but that aside it's lovely. The bagettes are tasty and the coffee is a life saver in my life. I'm on crutches and a lovely lady working there carried my tray of food and drink over for me. She was very chatty and friendly. Although it's busy every table was cleaned with minutes of ppl leaving. It was clean and tidy. It's well maintained. If you're waiting for a train I'd definitely recommend Pret...

Has to be my favourite Pretty A Manger in Brum. Few simple reasons. Comfortable seating, it's actually in Selfridges, and they serve the coffee in proper cups.

Pret a manager is an amazing cafe with so many choices. I especially love hot chocolates and wraps here. Good and quick service. Very crowded during weekends but worth it.

Food choice is great, ranges for vegetarians, meat lovers, oriental, english etc. Different choices i.e sandwiches, wraps, soup, baguettes, toasties and salads. Service is quick and friendly, and the quality of the food is phenomenal.
