Starbucks

Went to Starbucks in Edgbaston today to Have a iced Coffee latte and also finding a place to revise for this month exam. The Atmosphere is gret wanted a quiet place to revise and Starbucks is rhe only place and other coffee places. The employees were really friendly working so hard keeping the business clean it was a 10/10. 😍 Keep up the good atandards I be visiting back again.

Edgbaston starbucks is absolutely brilliant, all the staff are lovely and polite and won't shy away from telling you about the latest offers which could save you some dollar they're welcoming to all customers and work very well as a team. The manager is very friendly and always helping out his staff and I've never had a bad experience with any member of staff there.

Like most Starbucks it’s clean tidy and well laid out. 5 stars to the staff for letting me borrow a charger for my phone (8%) it’s my own fault. Half expected the staff to be grumpy as I arrived 1 hour before closing, but they were helpful and accommodating. Food is good but not exciting so normal chain manufactured edibles.

I was in town (Birmingham) from the US over a week’s time for work and visited this location each day. I received incredible service from the entire staff but specifically from Lauren! Lauren always greeted me in a warm and genuine way. I have a dairy allergy and she was very accommodating and cautious of my allergy when taking my order. To top it off, on my final day, she remembered my order perfectly which was amazing knowing how many customers she sees on a daily basis. I promise I will be back again next time I travel to Birmingham. It’s hard to find such wonderful service and people like Lauren and the staff at this location.

I totally forgot to take a picture of my toastie and tea, but this Starbucks is roomy, and like that it has a choice of sofas or chairs. Birmingham university is not too far away so it does have quite a few students that come in and use the table spaces etc. But it's a good vibe. Service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming.
