I totally forgot to take a picture of my toastie and tea, but this Starbucks is roomy, and like that it has a choice of sofas or chairs. Birmingham university is not too far away so it does have quite a few students that come in and use the table spaces etc. But it's a good vibe. Service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing experience here today at Starbucks five ways, staff were so hospitable & welcoming. Especially with the manager and barista on shift. Really chatty! Lifted my day up… will definitely be returning. 👍🏼!!

Spacious place nice coffee shop by the corner of five ways. Very friendly and welcoming staff but seems not enough. Need one more staff at least!!

I was served by assia who was really friendly and welcoming and gave me great recommendations. The food was great and I got a pain au chocolate which was delicious. Would definitely come again and recommend it!!

I come to this Starbucks nearly everyday and travel 30 minutes to get here because of how kind and friendly all the staff are. I love my coffee and this Starbucks is like a safe place. Kelly and Heema are always so kind and attentive, honestly it makes my day when I come in! :)

Was having a terrible morning, in absolute need of a coffee and some good food. There was a waiter called Ellie who greeted me with a smile which really brightened my mood. The food was superb and I was able to relax with ease.

I have been going to this Starbucks since i started uni and the service here is speedy and the food and drink is perfect. The staff here are amazing, super friendly and very welcoming. A staff member in particular that made my experience in Starbucks is Alex. He made my order with perfection and i did not have to wait a long time for my frappe to be made. I would deffo recommend this Starbucks the service is incredible.

I don't often visit Starbucks but I was drawn in with their pumpkin spice frappe! I was thrilled by their 2 for 1 offer on seasonal cakes! Store was very clean and staff were very friendly, especially my server Assia!
