I eat fish n chips from several places but they disappoint when I now how good they are here. Traditional big fish and soggy chips. Staff are great too and always have a chat to me while I'm waiting. Batter ingredients - great too. Can't vouch for any other dishes because I always have fish n chips.

For someone only visiting the area, this was a great find. It was extremely clean and even though I wasn't in there long, as I was having a takeout, the gent behind the counter was very personable. There was plenty to choose from and I felt the food was reasonably priced given the current climate for businesses. The fish and chips were lovely. I will definitely visit again next time I am in the area. Efcharisto.

This fish and chip shop in the heart of Acocks Green. The Dolphin fish and chips shop sells all the tradition foods and has friendly staff and has reasonable prices. The Dolphin doesn't have a public bathroom but, has a seating area towards the main entrance. It's a lovely fish-and-chips shop and is worth a visit.

This is my go to place whenever I want Fish N Chips/Kebab etc and yes I live about 15-20 min drive from the place but it NEVER lets me down. The staff are friendly and gentleman who runs the chip shop is a lovely guy and nothing is ever too much for him. Portions on occasions have been hit and miss but again the manager always looks after me. 4 stars out of 5....one star dropped as prices have increased which has meant myself going every other week but again it's not their fault as supply chains and covid means prices have risen significantly. I've read some negative or bad reviews and honestly...yes it can happen but rather than pan them, go back discuss and they'll look after you!

I cannot say a bad thing about this chippy besides the fact its always busy! Lovely food, very fresh & the staff is friendly cannot fault them! very polite and kind, even during such a difficult time! 'Food' is amazing one of the best chippys in Birmingham 👍 keep up the good work!

Great fish bar serving lovely fresh chips and beautiful kebabs 😍 They serve all 3 kebab meats too which is a bonus. Great value for money as the portions are huge and very good quality kebab meat. Staff are so friendly 😊 My new go to chippy!

If you want some good fish & chips - this is the place you want to go to! Best in Birmingham. Some reviews state the food is a bit 'pricey', but it's all fresh. And I'd rather pay a few quid more for fresh food than for something that was cooked a few hours ago!
