Best waffles croffles crepe and cookie dough to date eaten in birmingham 10/10 on quality n taste. Ice creams were also good. Never expected auvh high standard food on alum rock. Was reluctant to try but now after being there twice i know its the best

i come across this desert shop in Alum rock road and was my first time trying this spot out. i was greeted by a young lady with a smile on her face and excellent customer service skills called linda suggesting me what to get. what she suggested me was a gioia special which was amazing! Ordered their special waffle and a special croffle. Wow! Didn't disappoint. Ordered for collection. Interior decor and cleanliness was faultless. Packing is like a luxury place but prices are decent. My go to dessert place now 👍 not stingy with toppings

Delectable. Went for something basic for once, and did not regret it at all! Portion size is amazing, by far one of the best waffles I’ve had recently, very fresh and crispy. Loved it. Concrete cake and custard was scrumptious. Well priced, lovely ambience and good service. Very glad I visited, will be coming more often, really happy with the service.
