Delicious cookies looked very tempting, I chose the oat cookie and I’m glad I did! It was great with my cup of creamy cappuccino! I love Caffè Nero, I haven’t had a bad experience with them 💕 The atmosphere here is quite cosy, busy but not too busy when I came here 🥰💕✨🌈

The young man called Row amazing service, was stuck on the bar by himself serving customers out the shop. The green haired lady was talking to someone for 20 minutes instead of working!!!

Always busy, customer service is not good, they don't smile, some can be abrupt and not friendly. The purple hair lady is the only one that's kind and always smiling.

Very nice Caffè Nero that we visited 3 times over 2 days in central Birmingham.
Lovely hot chocolate and coffee.
Plenty of nice relaxed seating, quiet relaxed atmosphere. All staff friendly and efficient. Place and tables all clean and cleaner than most branches. Even though this branch is in a mall it doesn’t feel like you’re in a corridor of a mall.

Their barista Rhomayne is great worker. When I accidentally spilled my drink he ran over and cleaned it all in one second. He was smiling and mopping. Thank you for not being angry 🙏🏼

The Luxury Hot Chocolate and Belgian Chocolate Brownie is absolutely exquisite and of brilliant quality. Love the aesthetic atmosphere and would definitely recommend. However, please clear up the tables! As when I visited the tables were quite dirty and were not cleaned which limited seating.

This place has the best hot chocolate.better consistency ..(better than Costa and Starbucks which are just hot water sprinkled with chocolate).we also had americano ,almond croissant and delicious tomato basil pesto sandwich . Must visit for coffee and hot chocolate lovers.

Light in here is fantastic on one side and cozy on the other. Staff are a good bunch. Coffee excellent. Great music, but a bit loud at times.
