I always get great coffee and service from Benugo. Service is quick, which is awesome when you’re about to get on a train. Much better than other places in the station where coffee is made by machine.

Wanted a quick snack before the train and order a ham Swiss croissant which was great, staff recommended it toasted which made it better and was a great quick experience

Probably serves the best coffee inside New Street, and arguably has more distinct lunch offerings than other nearby options. Also good for working and studying, and is always clean and calm.

Never heard of this chain before. Popped in for a cold drink and found a charming shop with helpful staff. Will be back for a coffee and some off the wonderful looking sandwiches
