Costa Coffee - Birmingham - Photo album

Good selection of produce and a variety of drinks, easy access for wheelchairs, suitable for small groups. Efficient service although 1/3 of my party's order was wrong.
By locating Costa Coffee within Next, Costa is injected with a vibrancy that you won’t find in your standard store. It’s busy to boot. I wasn’t sure if this was because the staff were new, or just because they were laid back. Nothing wrong with the latter. Given my temperament I went elsewhere for a
I ordered hot chocolate which tastes so good and a cinnamon bun. The crew who took my order is nice and polite. When I finished my bun, I was just having a quiet time at the corner and my hot choco is almost finish, suddenly the lady held my tray and then she said that she's going to take it now. I
Thank ..lovely Coffee ☕ and Bacon Roll before Travelling journey ✈️
Great service from Ishika 👍🏻 She was very friendly, and made sure I had everything I wanted 😊 Food to eat in but drink to takeaway 👍🏻

Nice Costa within Next. Not as busy as other Costa. Staff were polite and friendly and made top quality drinks. Would happily come back again.

Very busy place, we had cheese toasty and a bacon roll with two lattes, it's always popular with shopper's and trying to get a table can be a problem if you want to sit down and eat. The staff are friendly and helpful .
Great service, friendly, even on a daily basis coffee (Flat white) is perfick, A place you can relax and again staff so friendly and professional
The Costa staff are very friendly abs helpful with your order . Service is great I could not fault it
Hard to miss with the name spelled out in rather large white letters. One of my favourite Costas, as it's completely open, and great for enjoying a coffee/cake and doing a spot of people watching.
Everyone's favourite Costa Coffee found on the top floor within Next! Always a hustle and bustle vibe with fabulous views out over the Rotunda cross roads of the Bullring, Grand Central and down to the famous Rag market. Great for people watching! I've been a few times, service varies as they're usu
