The best of its kind compared to Brewscafe, Starbucks, McD etc.. Loved Mocha coffee and Mushroom Sandwich!

Everyone's favourite Costa Coffee found on the top floor within Next! Always a hustle and bustle vibe with fabulous views out over the Rotunda cross roads of the Bullring, Grand Central and down to the famous Rag market. Great for people watching! I've been a few times, service varies as they're usually run off the feet. You don't wait too long though and food quality is spot on. I had a Costa voucher to use which is always a bonus.

By locating Costa Coffee within Next, Costa is injected with a vibrancy that you won’t find in your standard store. It’s busy to boot. I wasn’t sure if this was because the staff were new, or just because they were laid back. Nothing wrong with the latter. Given my temperament I went elsewhere for a cup of Costa Coffee. Why did I choose Costa. Convenience. My usuals were closed and I had a free coffee coupon to use. Anyway, because of the queue size I foxtrot-ed Oscar to another Costa venue.

Coffee was surprisingly good - and the lemon cake too! Distancing measures were strictly respected and tables were rigorously cleaned as soon as a client left. Only downside, it's quite loud but that's unavoidable being right in the middle of the Bullring.

Usually quite busy every time I go but due to the perfect location, it makes sense. Having said so, It’s a pleasant environment to have a cup of coffee or just a sandwich after having shopped for a long time 😁

Lovely Costa coffee. One of my favourite. The staff is very nice and always delivers excellent service. It can get extremely busy sometimes but this is a city centre location after all.

Hard to miss with the name spelled out in rather large white letters. One of my favourite Costas, as it's completely open, and great for enjoying a coffee/cake and doing a spot of people watching.

Excellent coffee, friendly staff (who always get my order right!), a bit short on seating during peak times but during the quieter hours it is a nice place to unwind.

This has become my go-to every morning since I'm staying nearby. The staff us always nice and helpful. The coffee is tasty too. I suggest a decaf caramel mocha with oat milk. Not bitter and not too sweet. Perfect every time.
